  • Go to the bsnl complaint portal http://portal.bsnl.in/bsnlcca/login.aspx#
  • Under "Complaint Booking For Booking Dockets" click "Landline/broadband"
  • select your state.you will be redirect to BSNL customer portel
  • Click on new registration
  • Register using your Customer Id you will get this from your bsnl bill
  • Give your broadband BB User Id (it is user id which is configured with your modem.The same given at the time of broadband connection)
  • Sign in with your user id and pswd follow the procedures your compliant will get registered.
From the same bsnl portal you can check the status of your compliant.

    i tried and had problems .

  3. Without rectifying the Complaint BSNL messages: "complaint with registration number 1019422203 on phone no. __ has been resolved".
    I again complaint and again four days have passed with a new complaint no. 1019450085
    What new to do to get the net working?
