How to find broadband user id

Broadband user Id is asking many places like Bsnl self care portal, my bsnl app etc. Many of you forget the user id and password of your broadband connection Here you can see some method to find your broadband User Id

Must Read:>Check Bsnl broadband usage by SMS
                      >How to find bsnl Customer Id or Unique id

If you forget user id :  (normally user id is in this format( two characters) (stdcode)( your telephone number))

  1st way

  • Access your modem
  • Go to http://192.168.1.1/
  • Enter pssword and user name "admin".(both the pssword and user name are same)
  • on the left side you can click on"wan" tab
  • Click on the edit button on the extreme right side.Press next until you see the user id
2nd way
  • Make a call to customer care or register compliant online.
  • If you know the personal number of any one in broadband section in your exchange he can tel tell you with in a mints
If you forget password (normally default password is "password" itself )
  •  Only one way left in front of you, contact customer care (if you have personal number of any person in broadband section in your exchange make a call he will tel you in a mints)
Different modems have different methods even though try to navigate on all the tabs

log on to the router then open WAN then edit PPPoE protocol (first one).
THEN CLIK NEXT
SELECT SECOND OPTION PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE)
CLICK NEXT
PPP USER NAME IS YOUR BSNL USER NAME AND PASSWORD
