For this you have to give some information to the website like your account number,telephone number etc. There are two methords to find out the bsnl duplicate Bill.

It is the easiest and recommended method every customer of bsnl should know
>> Go to >http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in/ for Eastern India
             >http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in/ for Western India
             >http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/ for Northern India
             >http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in/ for Southern India
>> Register if you don't have an account
>>Sign in using your registered user name and password.
>>Click on "Service" on the extreme left top

>>Click "Check my bills"
>>In that page you can see billing details and unbilled amount
>>Click on the account number you will proceed to the next page having list of your old and paid bills. 
>>Click the bill number which ever you want to see
>>You will come to a page like below

>>Click Download and Save the Pdf attachment.

>>Enter landline/mobile number without zero

>>Enter account number Your account number can be found in any of the previous bills you have or you can BSNL office for account number
>>Select your circle
>>click to submit then you can see the duplicate bill for bsnl
